Dr. Kirk Bowden completed his pre-medical studies at Brigham Young University-Hawaii in Laie, Hawaii, graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s of science degree. He earned his medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Ariz.
Following graduation from medical school he completed an internship in internal medicine from Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Ariz. He then completed a residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Arizona Medical Center in Tucson, Ariz., where he was awarded the prestigious Burnell R. Brown, M.D, PhD, FFARCS, award for outstanding resident. He completed his fellowship in pain medicine at Loma Linda University, Center for Pain Management in Loma Linda, Calif.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Dr. Ryan Gibb completed his pre-medical studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s of science degree. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona School of Medicine.
Following graduation from medical school he completed a residence in Anesthesiology at the Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY. He completed his fellowship in pain medicine at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Dr. Omar Syed completed his pre-medical studies at the University of Virginia in Charlotsville, VA. with a bachelor’s of science degree. He furthered his education with a masters degree from Georgetown University in Washington DC. He earned his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA.
Following graduation from medical school, he completed a residence in Anesthesiology at George Washington University Medical Center. He completed his fellowship in pain medicine at Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, MA.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Dr. Marc Soloman was born and raised in the beautiful mediterranean city of Alexandria, Egypt. In 2000, he obtained his Medical degree and graduated with honors from the University of Alexandria. Upon completing his Anesthesiology residency at the highly esteemed Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH; he pursued an additional year of specialty training in pain management.
During his fellowship training he served as Chief Fellow and was actively involved in research, clinical trials, and was published in distinguished pain management journals.
Dr. Soloman then accepted a position as a Staff Attending Physcian within the Cleveland Clinic System. As an attending he was involved in teaching and instructing residents and fellows the art of pain management. He then moved to Arizona in 2011 and joined a local practice within the valley, where he has enjoyed a fruitful career in treating local patrons from their ailments. He now embarks on a new journey as a founding physician with Canyon Pain and Spine. He is excited to further extend his helping hands to the community.

Dr. David Currie became an anesthesiologist to save lives, but he became a pain physician to change lives.
Dr. Currie grew up as an expatriate in Moscow, Russia. He went to college at the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in English Literature and pre-medical studies. He went to medical school at Penn State College of Medicine before completing a residency in anesthesiology at Mount Sinai St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospitals. He then moved to Tucson, AZ to complete a fellowship in pain management.
Pain and aging impact every person’s life, and Dr. Currie endeavors to provide the latest evidence-based treatments with the ultimate goal of improving function, activity, health and happiness in my patients. He combines the tried-and-true foundations of interventional pain management, such as epidural steroid injections and facet ablations, with emerging cutting-edge technologies, such as basivertebral nerve radiofrequency ablation, Vertiflex Superion, minimally invasive lumbar decompression, kyphoplasty, spinal cord stimulation, and peripheral nerve stimulation.
Dr. Currie loves Arizona because people live here for the active lifestyle, whether that means walking your dog, wrestling with your children, or playing 18 holes of golf. During your consultation, he will tailor a made-to-measure treatment plan that fits your personal needs, lifestyle, and functional goals.
Dr. Currie maintains membership in the American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, North American Spine Society, and the Spine Intervention Society.
Tobin Stratman completed his degree in medical studies at DeSales University where he also received his Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2007.
He has been practicing since that time in Phoenix Arizona area in the field of pain management. Tobin is certified with the National Commission of Certified Physician Assistants.
Bryce Fitzpatrick graduated with his Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Northern Arizona University in 2017 with distinction. He obtained his Master of Business Administration from The Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University in 2020.
He has a strong background providing comprehensive medical care in orthopedics, orthospine, and neurology, which led to his passion for pain management. Bryce brings many years of experience in Pain Management throughout the Valley and enjoys bringing hope to those that are in need by working with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement pain management plans and strategies that are tailored to each patient.
Bryce is Certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and maintains memberships with Academy of Pain Medicine, American Association of Sports Medicine Nurses, and Association of PeriOperative Registered Nurses (AORN)
Ash Nair completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology followed by a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
Tiffany Walker began practicing pain management in 2007, and it has been a passion ever since. Her goal for each patient is to help them return to living their best life. Pain can hinder you from enjoying what you love, and she is dedicated to working with you to help you get back to your favorite activities.
Tiffany completed her undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University followed by a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at DeSales University.
